Founder
Barry has been a rep in the NW for over 20 years and loves to sell stuff for the activities he’s passionate about himself. Hard work and strong relationships with NW retailers have been the pinnacle of the success of his brands. If he’s not chasing his 4 girls(including his wife Jessica) around the Seattle area, you’ll find him in the outdoors skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, boating, or just about anything ending with an après cold one.

Jessica joined Barry in 2012 and has never looked back. Taking the sales and customer service skills she learned in previous careers and combining them with her enthusiasm for the outdoors made for an easy partnership that works. She enjoys skiing, and hiking and can also often be found on the sidelines cheering on her girls in their sports endeavors or running around with lab, Bridger. Regardless of the activity, she loves being able to travel the territory, enjoying all the beautiful scenery that the PNW provides, and “selling fun”!

Ryan has been in the ski industry for over a decade and has done everything from rentals to management. When he’s not out playing in the snow he’s either on a river with a fly rod or running around the planet with his wife and 2 kids( oh… and one fur baby). He brings the perspective of the retailer to the team. His experience at the retail level helps to bridge the gap between retail needs and brand expectations.

Hannah hails from the bustling metropolis of Bozeman Montana. Her bold and boisterous personality can bring a smile to any situation. She came to Channel Z after coming up in her local ski shop; learning the ins and outs of sales, maintenance, and management. She quickly picked up the rep hustle and embraced the new challenge. She can also back a trailer and row a boat. “The kid’s good!”
